1. Marketplace Role

CraftMilled is a platform that connects people who have wood slabs and related materials to people looking for them. We do not buy or sell slabs ourselves, and we are not a party to any transactions between users. We make no guarantees about listings, buyers, or sellers.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person or business.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Listings and Content

• All content you post must be accurate, legal, and relevant to the marketplace.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
• New sellers may have listings reviewed before posting; established users in good standing may be allowed to post without review.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use CraftMilled to:

• Post spam, irrelevant, or misleading content.
• List items outside of our niche (mass-produced lumber, unrelated products).
• Harass, abuse, or mislead other users.
• Attempt fraud or scams.
• Interfere with site security or operation.

5. Messaging

• Messaging exists to connect buyers and sellers.
• Abuse of the messaging system (spam, harassment, scams) may result in account suspension.

6. Liability

CraftMilled is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed. Use the site at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts at any time for violations of these terms or at our discretion to protect the marketplace.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
