Reclaimed S4S 1x8 Pine Boards

This roof was in good shape. Mostly 1x8, though some 1x10’s were also used. No leaks whatsoever. Constructed in 70’s/80’s so these are good quality boards (considerably stronger and straighter than newer equivalent material). Has been denailed and trimmed of defects (splitting or other damage). There is 613 square feet available (generously tallied) of the smooth. An additional 89 square feet of the same but with one circle sawn face (see third picture) is available. Price is $1.30/square foot ($0.86/linear foot of the 1x8) if at least 150 square feet is purchased. But, I will discount it considerably if all is purchased. Lengths from 3’-20’ available, mostly over 13’ long. Observe the price of 1x8x12’ pine boards in Home Depot, Lowe’s or any other building supply purveyor. Their price is equivalent to $3.50/square foot! Located near Conneautville, PA. Machine on site to load. Bundle is nearly 20’ long, so bring a trailer. Delivery is available for a reasonable fee.
