5/4 Live Edge Olive Wood Slabs - 5’ to 5’-6” Long - $17.50/BF

I run a lumberyard in Spring, TX called Wood Flippers, where I source and sell kiln dried domestic and exotic hardwoods from around the world. This particular listing is for 5/4 (1.25” thick) live edge Olive Wood slabs. Olive Wood has stunning figure and is highly sought after for its natural beauty and uniqueness. It’s perfect for coffee and dining tables, serving trays and much more. My Olive slabs come from Turkey. They are rough sawn, meaning they have not been milled. They are 5’ to 5’-6” long, and widths range from 6-15”. All lumber is sold by the board foot, and my “average” slab generates 6.29BF. At $17.50/BF, that would cost $110 + tax. You won’t find a cheaper price locally for Olive Wood. The term “BF” stands for board feet, and here is the formula for calculating board feet… ((Length x Width x Thickness)/144) A slab that measures ((66”L x 12”W x 1.25”T)/144) = 6.88BF x $17.50/BF = $120.40 + tax My shop is centrally located in Spring, TX and I meet clients seven days a week...
