I run a lumberyard in Spring, TX called Wood Flippers. I sell quality kiln dried exotic and domestic furniture grade hardwood lumber, cut-off’s and cutting board blanks to folks in and around the greater Houston area, but we also ship lumber within the Continental United States. So, even if you’re not local to the Houston area, do know that freight is always available. This particular listing is for SEL&BTR grade 4/4 (1” thick) Canary dimensional lumber. Canary is an exotic wood that is yellow to orange in color, typically variegated with light to dark red streaking. It has a medium to high luster. It can be somewhat variable in density, it is mostly a hard, heavy and strong wood. Works very easily with both hand and power tools and finishes very smoothly. An exceptional exotic wood from South America. I have 3, 4 and 5’ long Canary “shorts”, and full length Canary boards are all 6’ long. Widths are random, but the average board is 5-6” wide.
